Dear Friends and family,

We are so excited that you will be sharing in this very special day with us. We decided on a Hawaiian Wedding/Luau Theme so we could get as many family and friends together as possible and keep the expenses down. We do not want this to be a financial or work burden on any one person or ourselves so we are doing a selective pot-luck.

We will be cooking a 100 lb pig in the ground for 24 hours (authentic Luau Pig) and we have roast beef (from one of Les’s cows), however, we need someone to cook it. We need a total of 150 to 200 servings for every item on the
Menu List & Sign-In below. We have also provided links with some recipe suggestions (they are just that suggestions that looked yummy and Hawaiian)

Please bring the food item in either a 1/2 foil pan or a full sized foil pan. Thank you.

If someone can bring food but not the needed amount of servings then we can ask multiple people to bring in the same item.

Food can be brought in to our hired help in the kitchen, from 12 noon to 12:45. We ask that no food be brought up after that time, since the ceremony starts at 1pm.

If you would like to help but are not comfortable cooking. Then you can bring fresh tropical fruit (i.e. 6 bunches of bananas, 7cantaloupe, 7 mangos, 7 papayas or other such fruit, or also a good stack of banana leaves), drinks, ice or something else from the list that does not require much cooking.

This will be fun for the whole family so dress casual and comfortable and get ready for fun!!!!

We look forward to seeing you all ALOHA!!!!!!
